1. Who you are contracting with
VibeCheck.ai is operated by CQH ("CQH", "we", "us"). By accessing or using VibeCheck.ai, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
VibeCheck.ai provides AI-assisted landing page analysis, including "roast" and "brag" style teardowns, vibe scores, copy suggestions, and site comparisons. Analysis output is generated content provided for informational and entertainment purposes; it is not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind your organization, to purchase a plan.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property rights; interfering with the service's security or infrastructure (including malware, probing, or scraping); reverse engineering the service; reselling or redistributing access; or circumventing plan limits. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate — you are responsible for how you use them and for verifying any content before publishing it.
5. Intellectual property
CQH retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans (Instant Fix Pack, Builder Pro, Agency) are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
7. Service level
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the service stops immediately.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CQH is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
